Come Meet Cole, Morty, Piglet, and The Unstoppable Dogs!

You've probably seen their videos on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. But who are these awesome inspirational dogs, where did they come from, and how are they impacting their local and worldwide communities?

Cole is an extra special therapy dog who works in an elementary school, visits veterans homes, does school programs, and is a rescue advocate. He is the 2023 ASPCA Dog of the Year. Cole will be joined by his awesome dad Chris Hannah.

Morty has complicated medical needs. He is an endearing rescue advocate who raises awareness for special needs rescue dogs and he fundraises for Long Way Home Adoptables Rescue in Texas. We are very lucky to have April Plemons, the founding director of LWH Adoptables joining us to talk about her experiences in rescue and specifically, helping dogs like Morty find their forever families and happy lives.

Piglet is deaf and blind, and he also happens to be pink! Through his Piglet Mindset Educational Program and children's book, Piglet sets an example for children to be resilient, inclusive, and kind. He is a rescue advocate with a focus on disabled dogs. Piglet's new baby brother Georgie is also deaf blind and joined the Piglet Mindset team in 2023. Piggy's mom, veterinarian Melissa Shapiro will moderate the event.

The Unstoppable Dogs are a crew of rescued dogs who use wheel chairs and prosthetics due to a variety of orthopedic issues (secondary to injury and abuse). They are rescue advocates, have a children's book series, and they spread their positivity by visiting schools, nursing homes, and events in their community. Their mom Debbie Pearl will give us an idea what it's like to live with and care for a pack of sweet and extremely adorable wheelie dogs.

All of these amazing dogs and their messages of kindness reach millions of people through their social media accounts, as well as through community outreach programs described above.

Come hear their stories at our Feb Zoom Webinar, Disabled Dogs: Extra Special Leaders of Community Kindness.

We can't wait for this gathering so we can share some of the most influential difference maker canines in the hopes of raising awareness for disabled pets and community outreach!!
